Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS)Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS) are a common form of natural rubber, offering versatility and consistency for applications across diverse industries, including automotive, consumer products, and construction.
Produced from the coagulated sap of rubber trees, Ribbed Smoked Sheets undergo a smoking process that imparts additional strength, durability, and resistance to degradation, making them suitable for tires, hoses, and various moulded products.
RSS is available in different grades, typically ranging from RSS 1 to RSS 5, with each grade representing varying levels of quality, cleanliness, and visual appearance. These grades cater to specific processing requirements and end-use demands, ensuring the right balance of performance and cost-effectiveness.
At TP-Exports, we supply high-quality Ribbed Smoked Sheets in bulk volume against all grades represented.

Grades Available

1) Unacceptable Conditions: Oxidized spots, weak heated, under-cured, over-smoked, opaque and burnt sheets are not acceptable.
2) Acceptable Conditions: Slight traces of dry mould on the packaging are acceptable but mould should not penetrate inside the bale. Small scattered pinhead bubbles are permissible.

1) Unacceptable Conditions: Oxidized spots, weak heated, under-cured, over-smoked, opaque and burnt sheets are not acceptable.
2) Acceptable Conditions: Slight traces of rust and dry mould on the packaging and interior sheets are acceptable but it should not be >5% of the bales sampled. Small bubbles and slight specks of bark are permissible.

1) Unacceptable Conditions: Oxidized spots, weak heated, under-cured, over-smoked, opaque and burnt sheets are not acceptable.
2) Acceptable Conditions: Slight traces of rust and dry mould on the packaging and interior sheets are acceptable but it should not be >10% of the bales sampled. Small bubbles, slight specks of bark, and slight blemishes in colour are permissible.

1) Unacceptable Conditions: Oxidized spots, weak heated, under-cured, over-smoked (exceeding the degree shown in samples), opaque and burnt sheets are not acceptable.
2) Acceptable Conditions: Slight traces of rust and dry mould on the packaging and interior sheets are acceptable but it should not be >20% of the bales sampled. Medium-sized black particles, bubbles, translucent stains, and slightly sticky or over-smoked rubber are permissible.

2) Acceptable Conditions: Slight traces of rust and dry mould on the packaging and interior sheets are acceptable but it should not be >30% of the bales sampled. Large particles, bubbles or barks, small stains or blisters, slightly sticky, slightly under-cured or over-smoked rubber, and blemishes are permissible.

TSR is available in different grades, commonly ranging from TSR 10 to TSR 20, with each grade representing specific levels of quality, cleanliness, and technical parameters such as dirt content and ash content. These grades cater to the unique processing requirements and end-use demands of the industry, striking the perfect balance between performance and cost-effectiveness.

Latex Concentrate
Latex Concentrate is one of the purest and cleanest forms of natural rubber, offering an array of advantages for applications in diverse industries, including medical, automotive, and consumer products.
