Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE/Teflon)

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) plastic, is an exceptional high-performance fluoropolymer renowned for its unparalleled non-stick properties, chemical inertness, and remarkable temperature resistance.

Often recognized by the brand name Teflon®, PTFE is  an indispensable plastic material in for a wide range of industries, from aerospace and automotive to electronics and food processing. Its low coefficient of friction, excellent dielectric properties, and resistance to UV radiation make PTFE plastic the ideal choice for applications where durability, reliability, and performance are paramount.

Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS)

PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) plastic, is a high-performance thermoplastic known for its exceptional durability, chemical resistance, and temperature stability.

Ideal for demanding applications across various industries, PPS plastic offers a reliable solution for components that need to withstand harsh environments and maintain their structural integrity, given its exceptional flame-retardant properties and low moisture absorption.

  • High-temperature resistance: PPS plastic can withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 220°C (428°F) and maintain its mechanical properties.

  • Excellent chemical resistance: PPS is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including acids, alkalis, and solvents.

  • Flame retardancy: PPS plastic is inherently flame-resistant, meeting UL94 V-0 flammability standards without requiring additional flame-retardant additives.

Polyetheretherketone (PEEK)
