Raw Cotton Staple
Raw cotton is a type of natural fiber harvested directly from the cotton plants.
As an integral agricultural product, raw cotton is a high-quality raw material suitable for numerous direct production and manufacturing applications.
Grades we deliver:
- Short Staple: Less than 1.125 inches long. Typically used in coarse yarns and heavier fabrics.
- Medium Staple: 1.125-1.25 inches long. Suitable for a wide variety of uses, from denim to sheets.
- Long Staple: 1.25-2.5 inches long. Used for finer, higher-quality fabrics.
- Extra-Long Staple (ELS): Over 1.375 inches long. This is the highest quality cotton, used for luxury fabrics.
