Black Peppercorn
Black Peppercorns, renowned for their robust flavor and aromatic intensity, are harvested at the peak of ripeness before being sun-dried to achieve their characteristic deep black hue. These peppercorns, the fruit of the Piper nigrum vine, are known for their versatile culinary applications.
At TP-Exports, we supply high-quality and fully exported tested whole black peppercorns, carefully selected to ensure high ASTA scoring and size. Our black peppercorns retain their essential oils, guaranteeing an unmatched pungency and depth of flavor.
White Peppercorn
White Peppercorns, distinguished by their subtle complexity and milder heat, are meticulously derived from the fully ripened berries of the Piper nigrum vine. The outer layer of the peppercorn is removed, either before or after drying, leaving behind the white seed. This process not only gives white peppercorns their characteristic light hue but also a distinct flavor profile from their black counterparts.
